HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIP !

 

1 - TRAVEL REQUEST 

 

After your travel request, our staff will contact you by e-mail or by phone within 48 hours at most. Your request will be immediately registered on  Sahara Dream Tours  platform. And then together we choose the itinerary that suits your needs, together we choose your hotel facilities during the trip and together we choose the means of transport suitable for your transfers. Your Sahara Dream Tours  travel agent in Marocco will send you also our first travel quote with all details about your departure and about your holiday in Morocco.

 

 2 - TRIP BOOKING  

 

An advance payment will be requested for your travel confirmation, (a deposit of 30% from the total package price). Online payment on Sahara Dream Tours platform (100%  safe and easy payment). We Accept also payment by bank transfer, postal transfer or cash (must be paid in Euro or local currency DHM).  We also accept payment of the deposit  fee  via   PayPal. ( Using PayPal the sum must not exceed € 250 ).

 

3 - TRIP DEPARTURE 

 

After the payment will be sent you immediately your travel package  including the receipt of the payment made. The complete travel package including your travel program, the travel contract and your payment pro-forma. we also have at your disposal a road book prepared by our agency, where you can find all information and advice on your trip to Morocco.

4 - AFTER TRIP

​

After your Morocco trip with Sahara Dream Tours, an email will be sent where you can evaluate our service during the trip, we will also be happy to have your reviews your advice for a better service. WRITE A REVIEW

HOW TO CANCEL  YOUR TRIP:

​

To modify  or  cancel your  booking trip,  please inform us as soon as possible, by calling +212 66 717 88 03 / +212 771 878 202 or  sending an e-mail to saharadreamtours@gmail.com  indicating the number of your reservation BOOKING NUMBER. In the case of trip cancellation the amount of the contribution paid will be credited to your credit card within 5 working days.

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION:
 

For Individual departures : 07 DAYS BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL / 100% FREE

for Group departures :         21 DAYS BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL / 100 % FREE

Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sahara Dreams Tour, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences across Morocco. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by the Customer.

*Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to our support team.

Refund conditions:

​

More than 15 days before departure: Full refund
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

-No-show on the day of departure
-Last-minute cancellation (less than 7 days before departure)
-Unused services during the tour Delays caused by the customer Changes to Bookings 

-Customers may request modifications to their booking, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

Cancellation by Sahara Dream Tours

If a tour is cancelled by Sahara Dreams Tour due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or operational reasons, customers will receive:

A full refund, or The option to reschedule for another available date

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
